Job Objectives:
To manage assigned Retail Bancassurance in order to
ensure that key business standards are met or exceeded
in branch assigned.
Responsible for:
Optimization of premium production across product
range through Financial Advisors in assigned UBA branches;
The control of operation expense budget e.g. over-financing,
commission, losses and expenses
The generation of new sales opportunities and penetration
levels
The management and handling of key accounts and relationship
building with UBA branch managers and staff
The maintenance of satisfactory debt and exposure
to risk levels of Financial Advisors
Job Requirements:
A university degree in economics, marketing or related
financial discipline
Relevant Financial qualification
Five to Seven years cognate experience in a similar
role with at least three years in a senior managerial
role
