Job Objectives:
To manage the retail and group bancassurance marketing
area in such a way that the key business driver (KBD)
standards are met or exceeded. The key focus will be
on selling life insurance products to the UBA customer
database through the UBA distribution network and database
marketing techniques
Responsible for:
• Developing and implementing bancassurance distribution
strategy in accordance with overall national strategy
• Optimising production across the retail product range
through UBA branches with financial advisors or UBA
Brokerage;
• Applying database marketing techniques to ensure optimum
penetration of the UBA customer database with retail
and group products
Job Requirements:
• A University degree in Marketing or related discipline.
A Masters Degree would be an added advantage
• Relevant financial or insurance qualification
• Relevant experience ten years at executive level in
the Life Insurance industry. Experience working on a
strategic level in a sales environment
