Job Objectives:
To manage strategic alliances and businesses secured
through the corporate broker channel.
Responsible for:
• The growth and management of new and existing corporate
business from brokers, through the execution of approved
marketing strategies
• The management of new and existing broker contracts
by assisting with required documentation
• Assisting with the implementation of the key corporate
account development plan, relationship management &
communication plans
• Troubleshooting and solving difficult administrative,
technical and sales problems referred by the brokers
• Managing the operational requirements of own function
Job Requirements:
• A University Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
A Masters Degree would be an added advantage
• Relevant financial or insurance qualification
• Minimum of Five years experience in a similar position
in network distribution in the Life Insurance Industry
